End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Let's Roll Bowling, including its affiliated locations, entities, and brands ("Let's Roll," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our website, online services, software, mobile features, loyalty systems, kiosks, digital platforms, and related technologies (collectively, the "Services").

1. License Grant

3. User Accounts

4. Reservations, Orders, and Purchases

Use of the Services may include online reservations, event bookings, arcade card purchases, food and beverage purchases, loyalty programs, and other transactions.

• Additional terms may apply to specific reservations, parties, events, promotions, or purchases.

5. Intellectual Property

All content associated with the Services, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Branding
• Graphics
• Website design
• Videos
• Text
• Software
• Images
• Promotional materials
• Trademarks and service marks

are owned by Let's Roll Bowling or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

6. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, social media tags, testimonials, or other content to Let's Roll, you grant Let's Roll a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and promote such content for marketing, advertising, or operational purposes.

You represent that:

• You own or have rights to the content submitted
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

Let's Roll reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.

7. Loyalty and Rewards Programs

Participation in loyalty or rewards programs is subject to separate program terms and conditions.

Let's Roll reserves the right to:

• Modify program rules
• Change reward structures
• Expire points or credits
• Suspend or terminate memberships
• Cancel fraudulent or abusive activity

Rewards and promotional offers have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may include links or integrations with third-party providers, including payment processors, reservation systems, arcade systems, social media platforms, or other vendors.

Let's Roll is not responsible for:

• Third-party content
• External websites
• Payment platform outages
• Privacy practices of third parties
• Third-party software functionality

Your use of third-party services is subject to their separate terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

LET'S ROLL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY
• RELIABILITY
• UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS

We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will always be available
• Errors will be corrected
• Systems will be free from viruses or harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LET'S ROLL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT DAMAGES
• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOST PROFITS
• LOSS OF DATA
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
• PERSONAL DEVICE DAMAGE

arising from or related to your use of the Services.

In no event shall Let's Roll's total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the Services during the preceding twelve (12) months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let's Roll Bowling, its owners, employees, affiliates, managers, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of this Agreement
• Your misuse of the Services
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

Let's Roll may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of this Agreement.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Services immediately ends
• Certain provisions of this Agreement survive termination

14. Changes to This Agreement

• Let's Roll reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
• Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
• Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Kansas and/or the State of Arkansas, as applicable, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in jurisdictions where Let's Roll operates.
